Request a “Meeting in a Box”
Can’t attend a public meeting but want to still participate in the discussion? You can request a Meeting in a Box! The Meeting in a Box kit is a tool designed for use by civic associations, church groups, knitting groups, bridge groups - any community groups or friends! - to gather and share their ideas for the future of the Town of Mount Desert. The Meeting in a Box kit contains everything you need to host a discussion about the future of the Town of Mount Desert. This includes materials shared at public meetings with instructions on discussion questions and how to provide feedback.
